Mark recently sold my partner and I our first home. He was very professional, friendly and courteous through the entire process. Very enthusiastic, and it was easy to tell he was passionate about what he does, and about helping people get the right home. The house we purchased, Mark seemed to have a long history with, and he had some great suggestions on improvements we could investigate to improve the value in the future. I only spoke with Naomi the once, but she was also passionate and friendly, and ensured that our pre-settlement inspection was all booked and locked in a week in advance. Thank you so much Naomi and Mark for making the sale of our house such a seamless process. We had lived in our home for 20 years, so putting it on the market was a big decision for us.
