Mark has sold several properties for me and has always got an excellent result. The property he sold this time was my Dad's home as he passed away in January. Mark had to work with myself and 2 sisters which given the situation can sometimes be difficult but Mark's empathy and professionalism made the process a lot easier than expected. When I was considering going on the market, Scott paid a visit and suggested the things I might like to consider doing to the home. I rented a storage unit and removed the clutter. I made sure the gardens looked good and attended to a few odd jobs. Then after Easter we went on the market. Scott showed me the sales of similar properties in the area and suggested a price to go with. I decided I would like to go for more and he allowed me to proceed. After 2 weeks I realised that my price was too high and came down to his suggested price and that weekend we had an offer and we signed the sale. All David Deane staff that I had contact with were considerate and professional and allowed me to proceed at my pace.

Mark achieved a sale on our property significantly higher than we would have ever expected. He guided us through the process keeping us informed at every step and was respectful of our situation. He put up with me kicking tyres for a good 12 months prior to selling. I would show up at open homes of houses in our area, to get a feel for the market and what others were doing, and generally be a pain in the backside. Seriously do yourself a favour before listing with any other agent - talk to Mark first. Do what I did and show up to one of his open homes. I am certain that you will be happy with the result
