Mark has been transparent and fair through the price negotiation process. Initially I worried he might lead me into a silent auction situation as the agreed price was complete at the evening before the open home. But Mark kept his promise on cancelled the open home. After I signed the contract,Naomi has been helpful. She was present in the buidling and pest inspection, called stright after the inspection to provide timely information. After I had questions on the building and pest report, she provided options on my side. At the same time, both Mark and Naomi maintained their impartiality. Hence I feel comfident they will get a fair price for me later if I ever wish to sale later. Finally, after talking to a few local rental management agents, I came back to Mark's team simply because they really offer the best service and pride themselves of it. As an interstate investor, I rather pay a bit more to have a relatively worry free experience.

When we decided we wanted to put our house on the market we had no idea what we were doing. We rang David Deane Real Estate because it was in our area. Scott Deaves came to our house and straight away we were impressed.Scott made us feel at ease.Scott is a very friendly and approachable man with a lot of experience under his belt. He came very well prepared with stats on houses for sale in our area and houses that have sold in the past 6 months. He had lots of information about the area and information about David Deane Real estate. He had researched our house and and gave us a starting price to work on. At that present time we weren't ready to put it on the market because the house need some TLC. Scott gave us some ideas on how to make it sellable.. Scott was not pushy and kept in contact with us until we were ready. Right from the 1st day the' for sale' sign went up he was on the ball. We had lots of interest right away. Scott lined up heaps of inspections. After every inspection Scott would ring us and give us the feed back from potential buyers. He was always touching base to see how we were going. We sold the house after a couple of months and Scott made sure we had a good outcome. I would recommend David Deane Real Estate to sell your house. Ask for Scott Deaves you won't be disappointed.
