Zara and the team at Image have gone above and beyond in managing our property. Apart from managing the day to day business at a high standard, Zara has completely exceeded our expectations by managing a full interior renovation/decoration of our apartment. So impressed.

Claire is a great and friendly agent, really easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. She kept us updated regularly, which made everything feel a lot less stressful. She’s approachable, personable and made us feel comfortable asking questions whenever we had them. I trust Claire is extremely capable and proactive, therefore look forward to having her as my agent.

Very responsive, organised, friendly and efficient. I have another property managed by Image Property so having the same high standard of management for this property was important. The process commenced after I had a contract on the property and continued through settlement including organising some repairs to ensure the property was presented as well as possible to secure a high quality tenant without delay. Within 1.5 weeks all property repairs were completed, numerous open homes were held and a high quality tenant was secured. Dependable and highly professional service that I recommend to anyone else.

Image Property West End has managed our Greenbank property since before the completion of the build. Every experience we have had with their employees has been absolutely exceptional. Their knowledge of their local market, current rental values, communication via phone & email, following up and responding to questions has been second to none. When the lease was up for renewal, they negotiated with the tenants very professionlly. When the tenants gave notive and moved out, their very stringent procedures to find us the best fit tenant was exceptional. You won't be disappointed with chosing Image to manage your property. Extra huge shoutout to Zara!! This young lady is worth her weight in GOLD!!

Kandice was great in outlining the pros & cons from each quote so we could make decisions quickly. She then organised to get the trades in ASAP & in the right order. This helped us be able to secure a new tenant sooner. Very happy

Kandace is an exceptional property manager who helped us fast-track renovations (full re-paint & carpet, a/c install, and minor maintenance items) ahead of procuring a new tenant at the right weekly rent. We live in NSW, but it felt like we had our own Project Manager on site in QLD ! Kandace was fantastic at organising the trades and would call us immediately anything needed to be discussed. Following the refurb, Kandace was quick to get the property on the market and leased to a quality tenant at the right price. Kandace is a great communicator and helped us make the right decisions for our investment. We could not recommend her highly enough ! Thanks Kandace :)
