He is reliable attending to tasks and appointments, and always ready and willing to help. Nathan was full of information about the sale of my property the dos and don’ts what I should do. My property was only with him for 3 weeks I had it with another real estate, and I was frustrated because it should have sold quickly had someone and a back buyer if they changed their mind plus got the price I wanted. The advice Nathan gave was absolutely spot on. The house was just listed, and Nathan had a buyer. Because we were not living in QLD, we relied on Nathan's knowledge of local people who could do the necessary work on the property to bring it up to scratch.
