Our first viewing of the house was only 2 business days before the auction so we had to work quickly with the deposit and contract review, and then the vendor decided to sell before the auction. Callum kept us in the loop with his excellent communication skills and also kept us motivated to stay in the race, as we thought we wouldn't have enough time to organise things. There was a mutual trust that gave us confidence in the process.
