Ray’s motto is “no troubles happy to help”. We found him diligent, patient and kind as well as being willing to be innovative in his approach. All necessary virtues when you are selling your home of many years and your biggest investment. Our experience with such things is negligible and our stress levels were enormous, he was able to guide us carefully through the process with enthusiasm and optimism. Every question was answered immediately and all possibilities followed through. His wise choice of support team needs a mention, everything from discussions on auction procedure, building requirements, photographers, through to the respect given and due to the purchasers on the day showed an understanding not necessarily found in the younger members of our world. In all it was a very positive experience for us.
