I use the term 'Old-School' to differentiate between those with integrity verses the rest! How does one choose an agent and be part of your life for some months? Our anxieties on this were dispelled quickly. Our first meeting with Grahame was at an open inspection. My wife and found Grahame different to other agents, a gentleman and someone who we thought might understand our needs. Our decision to ask Grahame to sell our house was easy and based on his genuine engagement with us and his obvious empathy, his listening and reflection of our interests and concerns. At the completion of our first meeting, he asked to be shown around our property.
