Manuel sold us our home under auction, he was a pleasure to engage with and was always friendly and happy to walk us through how certain processes worked. Great at communicating, he was very reliable and got back to us in reasonable timeframes. He also went above and beyond installing a lock box at the property so that we could access our house keys after hours once settlement was finalised.
