This resulted in getting the sale price above Reserve. He also monitored the work done and gave me updates so that I did not have to go to Canberra to check each job had been completed. I engaged Ray, due to hearing good things and having a friend using him to sell their place, and it was the best choice I could of made selling my property in Macgregor. Ray listed the expectations of the property and things that needed improvement to get the best price we could. Ray's knowledge and speed in getting in touch with the right people to improve the inside and outside of my place was astonishing! All i needed to do was approve and pay without lifting a finger. Ray's communication during inspection times and throughout the whole planning process was great, always available for an update and a chat. Advertising and promotional material was fantastic, the photos and styling or the property made it much more warm, open and welcoming during the open homes. When the auction day came, with a changing property market, and thinking of reserve prices months before, we still ended up passing reserve on the day. Could not of been happier with the result.
