At every stage of our purchase, Jacob was extremely personable and quickly built good rapport. He was accommodating wherever possible and was honest in all of his answers. While making it clear the sellers were his client and his interest was in getting them the best outcome, he did his best to accommodate all of our requests and to find a win/win outcome for all parties. No greasy car salesman tactics here, just a friendly open dialog. Buying or selling a property is usually a very stressful endeavour, Jacob and Jesse both did a superb job and making us feel welcome, heard and at ease. We felt like people, not a number. And the finishing touches they add over and above just make the experience that little bit better. We would happily work with Jacob, Jesse, and their team again for either buying or selling.
