I was in good hands all the way when Benjamin Wilson of the Property Collective recently handled the sale of my apartment. Ben’s advice on pricing and strategy was spot on and his support and communication throughout the process were superlative. I was extremely happy with the outcome and have no hesitation in recommending Ben and the Property Collective.

This is my second time having Amy sell my property and she did not disappoint. Her passion, dedication and continuous communication makes selling your home so much easier when you know you're in the right hands. I would not hesitate to recommend Amy to family and friends.

After having our property on the market for almost a year with another agent (with absolutely no movement) we decided to switch to Jacob following a friend’s recommendation, and thank goodness we did! Jacob had 2 open homes over a week and snagged a few offers, with the final offer exceeding our expectations! Jacob had a great strategy with a wealth of knowledge. His consistent communication and care made us feel confident in his abilities. We couldn't be happier with the result and are so grateful for Jacob and his team. Will be recommending Jacob to everyone we know!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Jacob and the Team at Property Collective to sell my property in Crace, and we couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final sale, Jacob demonstrated outstanding professionalism, expertise, and dedication. Right from the start, Jacob provided clear guidance on how to best position my property in the market. He was thorough in explaining the entire selling process and offered valuable insights that helped us make informed decisions every step of the way. His knowledge of the local market and strategic approach ensured that my property received the attention it deserved, and they made the entire process seamless. Throughout the sale, Jacob communicated regularly, keeping us updated with progress and providing prompt responses to any questions we had. His negotiation skills were excellent, and we were thrilled with the final sale price, which exceeded our expectations. We truly appreciate Jacob for his hard work, attention to detail, and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for us. If you're looking for a dedicated and results-driven real estate agent, we highly recommend Jacob – he will go above and beyond to make your selling experience smooth and successful! At every stage of our purchase, Jacob was extremely personable and quickly built good rapport. He was accommodating wherever possible and was honest in all of his answers. While making it clear the sellers were his client and his interest was in getting them the best outcome, he did his best to accommodate all of our requests and to find a win/win outcome for all parties. No greasy car salesman tactics here, just a friendly open dialog. Buying or selling a property is usually a very stressful endeavour, Jacob and Jesse both did a superb job and making us feel welcome, heard and at ease. We felt like people, not a number. And the finishing touches they add over and above just make the experience that little bit better. We would happily work with Jacob, Jesse, and their team again for either buying or selling. Thanks guys. P.S. Sorry to the non-greasy car salespeople out there, just such a good stereotype for comparison ;-)

I had an amazing experience with Jacob when buying my home. He was extremely responsive, and I felt very comfortable and informed the whole process. The process went very smoothly and that was all thanks to Jacob! I couldn’t recommend him highly enough, he was very professional but also personable, and the best agent I met across months of open homes.
