Amy and her team put in the extra effort to ensure the house was looking at it's best for every open day which was very comforting to know their pride in their job. Amy worked calmly and collaboratively with anxious buyer (and seller) representatives late into the night to broker an excellent deal for both parties. First time listing a property for sale. Jeremy was the first and only agent I contacted. I got his contact details by enquiring about another property he was selling. Jeremy is a very friendly, approachable and down to earth guy, explained everything in simple terms. We had planned for auction sale but after a week and half on the market with only 3 open homes, we accepted a pre-auction offer which we were happy with and feel it was the best outcome for us. The only small hiccup I had was that Jeremy wasn't able to make one of the open homes so a colleague had to fill in but understand that agents are people with families too. Jeremy has great interpersonal skills and his response time to any calls, emails or messages was always immediate. If I need an agent in the future I wouldn't waste my time considering anyone else.
