Each week we would get a report of any potential buyers that had enquired online, and even though we were semi-rural, she would make the time to come out after hours and Sunday's if buyers wanted to be shown through. As I am new to sellling houses , i feel I don’t have a benchmark to compare . I only ever met Jeremy and did not meet with other estate agents . In saying that I did find Jeremy kind informative and knowledgeable . On the other side I was a recent widow and existing on a pension which didn’t make me feel in control when Jeremy kept suggesting painting of the house etc . I realise that it would have probably been beneficial to selling but I just didn’t have the money to do up the house . I think it probably sold for less than it’s worth but i was so tired and frustrated with everything going on in different parts of my life that I just wanted it done .
