I am disappointed by the service I received from the team at Property Collective. Jeremy himself was pleasant to deal with and on the whole did a good job, but he changed arranged opening times and dates which made things harder for me to organise open home sessions with my tenant. Jeremy was available for me when I needed information but the information seemed fluid rather than concrete. I felt that Jeremy promised above his honest expectations to win my business. Very quickly into the process he began to use the phrase 'market says ..' a lot and I do not believe he did as wide coverage of potential buyers as he indicated he would. What made the whole experience worse was the appalling service from the people in ‘the office’. On three occasions I sent emails in response to some contact from individuals such as Charmain and Alenn and I did not even receive an acknowledgement of my email, let alone a reply. I also called a few times and got a voice recording that was not even personalised to the company. Needless to say, nobody called back.
