Obi has been great during my purchase at Auction. Obi has been responsive and helpful. He has taken great care of both his vendor and me as a buyer. He has been honest and clear with expectations and kept me up to date with all aspects of buying 1st time in an Action process. My expectations have been well, and truly met. Great and prompt communicator.

Jacob was a professional from start to finish. He helped me navigate the selling process with ease - answering any questions I had, providing updates and following me up when needed. He also got me a higher price than I was expecting. I would recommend Jacob to anyone in the ACT selling their property!

Lauren made selling remotely both stress free and exciting. Excellent communication and consultation meant that my unit sold in only a couple of days at a great price. She knew exactly how to stage and promote it. That's exactly what everyone wants in a property agent. Thanks again Lauren, it was a pleasure.

Jacob has been great to deal with throughout the purchasing process. Highly professional, and an honest and nice guy. If you are considering hiring an agent to sell your property I highly recommend Jacob, as it is hard to find hard working, knowledgeable and reliable agents like Jacob.

After making an acceptable offer on our home, Jacob’s customer service was exceptional. He was easy and accomodating to schedule inspections through, and responsive to queries throughout the exchange and settlement process. Small improvements could be made in the early days (ie we didn’t get a response to our first offer), but once we got to know him, he was great. The special touches after settlement were very much appreciated.
