Lauren and the Property Collective were fantastic throughout the sale process. Excellent communication, great advise and even put us in touch with tradies to assist in renovations. Lauren certainly knows the property market in Canberra. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable and made the sale process easy. We would highly recommend her to anyone considering buying or selling.

We purchased a house off Lauren. She was always pleasant to deal with. Always available to talk through issues and concerns and followed up on matters that were required from the other party. Her company goes over and beyond my expectation of customer service with many touches of exceptional service i.e. the key to the house came in a gift box that was nicely presented with a bottle of wine and chocolate (etc). Her personal touch ensured that we were left with a positive experience from the entire process which is always a trying and stressful occasion.

In the last 35 years I have bought and or sold 5 properties in Queanbeyan, each time I have used a different agent. In July 2024 Jason was the agent that assisted with the sale of my house in Queanbeyan. Jason has expert knowledge of the current sales trends in Canberra/Queanbeyan, he is an expert in dealing with the buyers solicitor and my solicitor and he has all the professional contacts for trade repairs, building inspections etc. Jason suggested a successful marketing plan including online advertising and numerous open house inspections as well as private inspections. After every house inspection Jason provided timely and detailed feedback. The property sold in a timely manner for a price that was within the original forecast range that Jason suggested. Jason is the best real estate agent in the business that I have encountered in 35 years of buying, selling and being a landlord of properties.

Jacob and his team were exceptional throughout the whole process, making a stressful situation as low stress as possible. The marketing was amazing, really capturing the selling points of the house. Jacob's ability to communicate with buyers to instill confidence and remove roadblocks is second to none. He managed one of the vendors being overseas with seamless communication, arranging calls to suit an international time difference. Would highly recommend.

Buying a first home is a nerve wracking experience, Jacob took out so much of that friction and was there to answer any questions I had along the way. Don’t hesitate to work with him.

We found that with the wealth of knowledge that Jason has it was simple to understand the whole process. He was able to find us a buyer after the first open. We would highly recommend Jason and his team to everyone.

Bhavya presents herself in a very professional manner. She was very good in helping us to arrange tradies to get the house in top condition prior to selling. She also arranged great stylists to style the property which gave the house such a huge transformation. After each open house we were provided with a detailed list of people who had been through the home and each of their feedback. This was very useful. Thanks Bhavya for getting us a good outsome.

Jacob proved to be an amazing agent throughout our home buying process. His proactive approach and excellent communication skills made a significant difference from start to finish. When circumstances prevented us from attending the auction in person, Jacob didn't hesitate to step in and facilitate the bidding process through his team at The Property Collective. This ensured that we were still actively participating and didn't miss out on any opportunities. Leading up to the auction, Jacob kept us consistently informed, providing regular updates and checked in to make sure we were well-prepared and informed about the progress. His attention to detail and thoroughness gave us confidence every step of the way. Upon successfully securing the property, Jacob streamlined the necessary procedures, making the entire transaction smooth and stress-free. His efficiency and knowledge were evident, making what could have been a daunting process straightforward and manageable. Even after the transaction was complete, Jacob went above and beyond by arranging for us to visit the property and take a photo in front of the sold sign. This thoughtful gesture highlighted Jacob's dedication and commitment to ensuring a positive experience. Overall, Jacob exemplified professionalism and approachability throughout our interactions. His clear and consistent communication was exemplary, ensuring that we were always well-informed and supported. Working with Jacob was a pleasure, and we would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a reliable and proactive real estate agent.

Obi is the ultimate agent; there is nobody better in Canberra. Throughout the process, we were always confident about the progress of the campaign due to Obi’s excellent communication, tailored advice and personable style. We would not have received the wonderful result without Obi’s work ethic and ability to work with our best interest in mind. If you’re looking for an agent that will exceed your expectations, we highly recommend Obi Shadmaan.
