Jacob, was very easy to engage with and knew the market well. He was quickly able to understand our situation and gave confidence in his marketing strategy and approach to negotiating with prospective buyers. Almost nothing was a problem. Communication was strong and constant without being intrusive. He was quick with feedback and observations following each open inspection. Once a buyer was identified he was careful to ensure all details were covered off, and was very valuable in helping the buyer with finance options.
