A fantastic experience for first time sellers

As first-time sellers, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience than the one Nicholas provided. From our very first meeting, he made us feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain every step in detail, ensuring we always understood what was happening and what to expect next. We particularly appreciated Nicholas’ positive and upbeat nature, as well as his honesty and transparency. He was realistic about our property and the current market, which gave us confidence that we were receiving genuine advice. His genuine and honest approach made it easy to trust his advice throughout the entire process. Nicholas’ communication was excellent throughout, and he was always available to answer questions and keep us updated. 5 stars doesn’t seem enough for the effort, communication, efficiency and how reliable Nick was!

Nick was our agent when selling our house, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. He was incredibly reliable, always following up on appointments, communicating clearly, and consistently being on time. His knowledge of the market and advice on presenting our home were invaluable. He went above and beyond by lending us a bed and other items from his office to help style the house for open homes, which made a real difference. One thing that really stood out was the time he took to thoroughly walk through our house and put together a checklist of simple, affordable improvements we could make to enhance its presentation. These were always suggestions rather than expectations—he never pressured us into doing anything and was always respectful of our ideas and opinions. He genuinely listened to us and valued our input throughout the entire process. Nick was trustworthy, honest, and genuinely invested in helping us achieve the best outcome. His communication was outstanding, and we always felt informed and supported every step of the way. We honestly can’t thank Nick enough for all of his hard work, dedication, and professionalism. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property!

Nicholas went out of his way to facilitate my obtaining the property I wanted.

Nicholas was cheerful, obliging and knowledgeable about the housing market in general, and the property that I was interested in buying in particular. He gained my trust with his integrity, his willingness to provide information, to reach out to the sellers when my queries required further specific answers, and to follow up promptly with forms etc to progress the sale. He kept me informed daily and negotiated a quick sale that met both the sellers and my timeline.

Professional, Responsive and Genuine Team to Deal With

Johnathan, Rob and Dominic were excellent to deal with overall. Communication was responsive, inspections were easy to arrange, and the whole team came across as genuine, fair, and honest throughout. A standout was the effort made to help get the sale across the line, including helping bridge a small gap between buyer and seller and organising asbestos testing with an extremely fast turnaround. The process felt straightforward and well managed from start to finish.
