He was professional, very easy to deal with, and made my journey through the buying process a cruise. Any queries or additional information I required he responded to in a timely and professional manner. He was always contactable, punctual and professional , even with a few additional private inspections to satisfy my family and I. He and his team showed me all of the facilities in the development, to ensure I was comfortable in my decision to purchase this property. He helped facilitate the detailed nature of the conveyancing which can be very complex when purcasing in a unit development with strata management etc. I would highly recommend Adrew and his team, whether buyer or seller, you will be in good hands. Kostya from Town Residential was a great agent. He was recommended to me by my finance person and he did not dissapoint. Kostya was very open and honest with how the market was and although it changed from when we put it on the market till it sold, he worked as hard as he could to get the best price for my property in the shortest time. My son and I were purchasing a new property at auction and had to sell both our properties for the maximum price in the minimal time frame. This was done in record time. Very easy to talk with, but will not promise something unachievable so you don't really get disappointed. He will set realistic expectations even if you are asking for more, but he will try his best to get to it. I will not hesitate to work again with Amr to sell my other investments.
