Kostya from Town Residential was a great agent. He was recommended to me by my finance person and he did not dissapoint. Kostya was very open and honest with how the market was and although it changed from when we put it on the market till it sold, he worked as hard as he could to get the best price for my property in the shortest time. My son and I were purchasing a new property at auction and had to sell both our properties for the maximum price in the minimal time frame. This was done in record time.
