When I did my detailed research in the contract documents, I found that what she had told me was accurate, which has not been the case with other agents for other places I have been interested in. Kostya from Town Residential was a great agent. He was recommended to me by my finance person and he did not dissapoint. Kostya was very open and honest with how the market was and although it changed from when we put it on the market till it sold, he worked as hard as he could to get the best price for my property in the shortest time.
