We've tried couple of rental property agency / managements before finally stumbled upon this amazing team. Since then, all Sydney properties we own for rental are managed by them. I just hope they open branch in Melbourne so I can let them our properties in Melbourne area as well. 1. Clear, on-time, detailed reporting, accessible via portal anytime, complete with photo of apartments at least oncea year. If portal down, the lady in office, Kimiko, will answer your inquiry in no time. Great communication, quick and friendly. 2. Any issue will be told to you and they will be very prompt to fix it as well, offering you with multiple options. The agents are well mannered but quick to action and smart too. 3. Property condition are very well managed, gives you peace of mind. 4. Selective and reasonable prospective tenant review process. 5. This, might be personal favourite, but I like that the agents review rental fee / income from both owner (me) and the tenant perspective. Obviously we want good rental income, but we also want it to be fair and beneficial for our tenants as well. This balance of business and compassionate minded was shown clearly at all times, particularly during COVID lockdown period, when everyone was struggling. Great Work Infinity!
