We were told the cabinet fixtures would be replaced (due to severe corrosion) and the Rangehood was missing a filter but nothing has been done (maintenance forms were submitted a month after moving in and it has now been 5 months with no action). There was no cleaning done prior to our moving in. Kitchen picture that is displayed is incorrect/deceptive, there is only one glass cabinet door not the 3 that are picture here. Their receptionist couldn't even give me directions to their office when I had a meeting with them to pick up the keys. My meeting was at 4:30 and I called for directions at around 4pm, someone else called me back with directions to their office at 5pm.

Unwilling to help tenants. Maintenance forms ignored. Did not clean the apartment prior to myself moving in even after requested multiple times. Terrible service.
