Have been trying to get ahold of property agents for weeks regarding repairs and refund owed. Was promised an urgent call back multiple times which has never been received. Very hard to deal with as tenants

Worst agents I’ve dealt with.. rented a unit through them. They lied in their ad when I moved into the unit and then again when I moved out talking about “recently renovated and painted” yeah maybe 30 years ago. Every other month there was a new agent that was in charge of the rentals, couldn’t keep track. Also speaking English was obv not a requirement for them
