Competent and efficient
Very knowledgeable in their field and ready to provide all kinds of support and help. Quick to reply to emails and any requests for feedback. Assist with insurance claims and tenant disputes. In short they have given us a complete service with all aspects of our property including knowledge advice on just how much to spend on renovations in order to find good tenants without over capitalizing our investment.

Very professional and extremely helpful
We recently changed tenants during the Coronavirus pandemic. We were initially anxious about securing new tenants however Infinty gave as wise counsel and helped secure new ones. The apartment needed new carpet, paint, aircon and various other works done. The team at Infinity did an amazing job organising the work. We live overseas so it was incredibly helpful of them to do all of this work on our behalf. After being with Infinty for almost 10 years, we could not recommend them more highly as a Managing Agency.

Excellent service
The staff at Infinity really looked after me as a new tenant. Polite and professional service throughout the rental process and, more importantly, attended to any maintenance issues quickly and thoroughly. The tradespeople used were also fantastic. I have rented through several agencies in Sydney and Infinity has definitely impressed me the most. Thank you for your excellent service.

Easy, effortless move!
Efficient and helpful the guys at infinity made everything smooth for our recent move. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always swift to reply to emails & calls. Moving in Sydney is never fun but these guys helped a lot!
