Michael really took the the time to get to know our home, conducted the most detailed house appraisal I have ever seen in our life! Michael and all of his team are super star communicators and sure do make you feel like their priority. We went with all Michaels recommendations and felt comfortable throughout the process that we had chosen the right real estate agent for us - when our first open had mutliple offers and a signed contract, we were stoked! (No more open homes with 2 little kids!) The whole process has been simple and uncomplicated. Now that we are looking for a new home to buy, Michael is still assisting us with providing a detailed analysis of any of homes we are serious about putting an offer in on so we can feel confident as buyers now too. Sadly we were mislead We relied on the feedback on questions asked. especially regarding plumbed in water for the fridge which was confirmed as a yes sadly it wasnt. On the day of settlement the agent wouldnt let us in and wasnt the most pleasant experience for us on a major purchase as such.He seemed to have somewhere better to be rather than being here with us in our settlement. Deidre myself and David bought the house not just deidre and me. I feel there was a lack of involvement and the personal touch.

Having met Michael, from both sides of a property transaction, as a buyer and as a seller, we can say that he is dedicated to representing the seller with his professional presentation, his friendly, flexible nature, and his ability to negotiate the best price for his vendors. Michael and his entire team were so professional and great to deal with from beginning to end. After they appraised our property we were never pressured or pushed to sell. Michael was happy for us just to let him know when we were ready. Nothing was ever too much. Our questions were always answered quickly and communication was frequent. Late evening meetings at our home were always offered and taken up. Michael was a great negotiator on our behalf (late on a Saturday evening!) to make sure we got the best price possible. The marketing of our property was as advised and expected. Their personal marketing material provided to us was very professional and of high quality - nothing like we’ve ever seen.
