Michael and his team appraised our home what we considered fair, unlike others. Their marketing was ahead of their competitors, his team worked extremely well together having three staff at most Open Homes and feedback, good or bad was same day on every occasion. Michael never brought to us ridiculous offers as requested and although it was on the market for some time, he never at any stage pushed us to renegotiate price or settlement terms. Negotiation at the end was easy, Michael kept us informed throughout and we did achieve our expected price. We have just sold our apartment in Kawana Island 12 months later and wished we had found an agent equal to his professional style. Just reinforces what Tony, myself and our family thought- we always felt in very capable and honest hands during the whole process with Michael, Tom, Isabelle and Simon.

The Michael Spillane Team were professional and business like as well as very friendly and easy to deal with. The photography was brilliant, some of the shots were so well constructed and imaginative that we hardly recognised our home of 8 years. Throughout the process their communication was regular, thoughtful and precise. They were responsive and they made selling our home stress free. The final deal was much easier and faster than we had hoped for and the price was right on target at the top end of our market appraisal. We would highly recommend Michael, Isabelle and their team to anyone looking for an agent that gets results. We also find their property videos entertaining.

We then met with Michael and he tailored a marketing strategy that suited our needs to get the best price for us. The Michael Spillane team kept us up to date with progress with potential buyers and sure enough Michael sold our home above the asking price. The whole process was pleasant and stress free.
