We met Michael some years ago when he gave us a valuation on our property, just so we knew what it was worth. Although he knew then we were not interested in selling he was happy to spend some time putting together a comprehensive report which explained everything about our property and the market at the time. Moving forward a few years, when we decided we wanted a 'sea change', we contacted Michael, who still remembered our property. Again another comprehensive report detailing the current market. We spoke about marketing strategies and prices and agreed on the approach to take. Within days the offers came. Michael and his team of knowledgeable people were professional at all times and kept us informed with all offers and even offered advice on various aspects of the conditions the prospective buyers sought. Michael was honest and reliable in his dealings with us and his strategies on marketing are unique. Once we secured a buyer and we started our search for a property some distance away, Michael then offered to 'review' any property we were thinking of purchasing. We took him up on this offer and Michael prepared reports on over 15 properties which we were considering. Way above his call of duty. We can not recommend Michael highly enough and have sung his praises to all our friends who are amazed at the extent he has gone to assist us. We recently purchased a home being marketed by Michael Spillain and his team. From the very first inspection, the team showed knowledge of the property and the area. We were impressed by the professionalism shown by , not only Michael, but also his team. The final negotiations were handled by Michael and we are happy to say that he managed a successful conclusion, allowing us to finalise a contract of sale with the vendors. Since then Michael has assisted with arranging final inspections, pest and building inspections etc. Although the sale was irrevocable, Michael showd a willingness to assist further with solutions to other queeries we had regarding the property.
