We recently purchased a property and found the process to be smooth overall. William was professional and easy to work with, but his PA Narelle went above and beyond to ensure everything ran seamlessly. Her professionalism, efficiency, and constant communication made the experience far less stressful than we could have ever imagined. We truly appreciate her efforts and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and Integrity Real Estate Kinglake

William was very easy to deal with, being a local he knows the area very well and was able to give me the history of a lot of the properties I looked at. Always available and very cooperative as well as his staff in the Kinglake office. Very happy with the service I received and would certainly deal with him again.

Throughout our home-buying process, Will was incredibly communicative. Promptly answered calls and emails, keeping us informed about every development. We were very impressed by his negotiation skills. He managed to lower the asking price significantly. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Will.

Will has been an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the entire purchasing process. He took the time to get to know our family, along with our dislikes, wants and needs. His ability to listen and take in our requests resulted in Will suggesting we look at a property which we weren’t considering. That suggestion turned into our dream family home. He has operated with honesty and integrity through the process and we would highly recommend Intergrity Realestate to anyone looking to purchase or sell. Thank you Will, we look forward to making many memories in our family home!

We sold our house in Kinglake with Integrity Real estate and could not be happier. Will’s knowledge of the market and connections with prospective buyers meant we were able to sell our property in no time at all. Will helped out well before our home went to market, advising on preparing the property, timing of sale and pricing. Will and assistant Narelle are always responsive and friendly communicators.

Will and his team in Kinglake were amazing. They kept me updated weekly and informed me how the market was performing in regards to the sale of my house. Will’s assistant Narelle was also amazing to deal with and was extremely helpful when Will was not available. I was not pressured at any stage into accepting any offers presented and his negotiation skills with the purchasers were always in my favour. Local knowledge of the area and his realistic appraisal of what my property was valued at got me the price I was looking for. Highly recommend Will and his team at Integrity Kinglake.
