Big thanks to Will, the process of selling our family home was a smooth and stress free experience. Will is a part of the Kinglake community and understands the local market very well. Also a big thanks to Narelle, who was instrumental in selling the property and wonderful to deal with.

Our experience selling our home with Integrity was a fun & exciting time for us. Will and his team ensured that we were taken care of at every step of the process and always kept us informed of everything that was happening with our home. It felt less like dealing with a real estate agent and more like working with a group of friends - we felt very included throughout the process. Sometimes the selling process can be daunting but the team at Integrity made it enjoyable and we will always recommend them to anyone thinking of buying or selling in the area. Their knowledge on the market in our area is brilliant & we knew they would have no issues selling our home to the perfect person. Overall, the whole process was wonderful & we cannot thank Integrity enough for all their hard work, dedication, kindness & professionalism. If we ever purchase in the area again, we won't be going to anyone else - you guys are the best :) Thanks again!

Will has been a pleasure to work with. He went far and beyond to make sure we were looked after. He always responded so quickly to any questions we had. He's super bubbly and easy to get along with and made us feel like family. We also met Bill and Narelle from the office too, they all had the same friendly and caring approach. 100% recommend to any family members or friends. Will made my partner and I feel so welcomed into the kinglake community! Thank you Will! Your the man!!!

From the offset Will was knowledgeable and honest and gave us a great overview of our area. He was clear and concise and put us at ease with a big life decision. With 2 small children he tried his best to work in with us to best suit our busy lives and was always just a phone call away with any questions we might have. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Will to anyone it has been a fantastic experience start to finish!

I recently sold my house through William Verhagen. While I am relieved that the house eventually sold, the experience fell short of my expectations. The property was initially valued between $790 and $830K. The price was revised twice in the four months it took to sell, reflecting a lack of market awareness. The property finally sold for $705K. The agent seemed somewhat disengaged throughout the process, with several open houses where no one turned up. Although the sale was finalised, the overall return on investment wasn't what I had hoped for.

I've known Will professionally for over eight years during my Valuation career and was always impressed by his and the overall agencies efficiency during that time. I noted their dedication, professionalism and property knowledge resulting in a positive and often timely outcome for their clients. We interviewed several agents when we decided to sell, all were of a high standard but Will stood out as our preferred agent due to his resourcefulness, market segment knowledge and his drive. Will was a great fit for our sale.
