We purchased our beautiful home from William originally. When it came time to move on I contacted 3 agents for appraisal. William was the only one that followed us up on a month by month basis religiously keeping us informed of where the market was at. His attention to detail and being on the mark every step of the way was a pressure off of us. With seamless instruction guidance and confidence, we felt secure we were in good hands. William left no stone unturned with follow up of potential buyers to giving us feedback at every point. His team were also a comfort to have, knowing we could always reach out if we had questions. Williams photographer Neisha who did our photos was a wonderful girl who did a beautiful job whilst being so professional and we thank her. William works very hard at what he does and is very personable and easy to talk to and have in for coffee. I have not had an experience before like this one in selling our home and I have sold a few over the years being 63 yrs of age.
