My family and I were so impressed by the quality of service offered by integrity. I have dealt with the staff there on multiple occasions and they are all just lovely and very, very patient. William is lovely and wonderful his job - we were really grateful for his above and beyond approach, and constant communication with us throughout the process. It was a tricky sale and William was very professional and forthcoming with information throughout. Thank you so much William, Rob and the integrity team. I wouldn’t be using anyone else if I needed to buy, sell or rent in the area!!!

Will made us feel welcomed from the get go. We had seen several houses the morning we visited what was to become our new home, and Will was like an old friend. He was both warm and friendly as well as knowledgeable and no nonsense. Will is a local of the area and has great insight and connections to help us make the adjustments we were wanting, to ensure our home was ready for move-in day.

We recently bought a house in Diamond Creek through William and we are very impressed with his service. William was extremely professional, easy to deal with and very transparent throughout the purchase process. His professional attitude, availability and knowledge helped make the whole process very smooth. We would definitely want to deal with William again in the future, and would highly recommend him as a buying and/or selling agent. Very polite, understanding and a true gentleman. Thanks again, William!

Working with William and the team at Integrity Real Estate has far exceeded our expectations. We've engaged a number of agencies over the years and dealing with William has been by far the most professional and successful. The level of communication was exceptional. From the point of first contact to understand our expectations; through to regular, detailed phone and email contact during the listing was second to none. William achieved two strong offers for the property and was able to successfully negotiate the best Vendor terms for us. William delivered exactly what he promised, which shows a deep knowledge of the local and financial markets. It's a pleasure to leave a review and our highest recommendation for William and the team at Integrity.

Will was very familiar with the area & the market. He was able to consider & review our niche house very quickly & establish a plan of attack that he then followed through. His straight forward and honest approach was exactly how we wanted it. The property sold for the right price before being listed on the internet.

Will made us feel at ease on our first meeting and was extremely helpful to us as new residents to the Kinglake area and to the buying process. He was clear and concise and helped us understand the real estate language. He has a community orientated spirit and he gave us so much of his time to inspect, chat about the house and area. We were always kept in the loop and are honestly so grateful to him. Thank you Will for such a positive experience!
