I originally choose Integrity as they had great reviews compared to others in the area (I literally read every review I could find) and the closing costs were fixed and were less than half of the cost of competitors. Also Advertising cost were 1/10 of what one of the competitors quoted me. My property was on the market less than a month when it sold for asking price, with a one month settlement, which was fantastic, as it was what I wanted. Will was on the phone to me, touching base often, to keep me updated with potential buyers. That gave me piece of mind that things were happening behind the scenes. I would definitely recommend Integrity real estate for any future dealings, and I will use them again if selling or buying in the area.
