We have purchased a home with the aid of William and we have been very pleased with the manner in which William handled the whole sale/purchase process. In spite of the fact that William looked after the interests of the Seller, he managed to keep that perfect balance between the Seller and Buyer through his high level of professionalism; responding to all of our queries and communicating those queries to the Seller. Also, the negotiation process ran very smoothly, keeping us informed at all times. He also went beyond his call of duty, having negotiated with the Sellers a storage space in the shed of the property until the settlement.

William is very friendly and knowledgeable. He provided continued open advice and answers to questions or would follow up promptly if he did not have the answers to hand. We were very happy with the negotiation process. A highly recommended agent.

Given the complex nature of my subject property the sale proved difficult over a long period of time. William assisted at every step of the process always with a positive intent. Very informative and motivated individual and knowledge base of the area is excellent.

My wife and I just had an phenomenal experience selling a property in Kinglake with William. We're currently overseas and the process was quite emotional for us, however we were in excellent hands from start to finish. During our initial call, William shared detailed market data and comparisons with us to determine a strategy and price. As we established a campaign, he was able to position the property strongly and built an excellent pipeline of potential buyers. In the end, the price we achieved exceeded our expectations by almost $150K - the property sold quickly and the close process was smooth. We were very concerned about selling a property overseas during a pandemic, but William made it seem almost easy. We are deeply grateful to him for this, and would strongly recommend him to anyone considering selling in the Kinglake area.
