Rob Verhagen did a great job selling our block of land in Kinglake. He was patient with us as we initially tested the market, before we agreed to lower our price. Ron also worked through complications presented by the Shire's planning approvals and the bushfire requirements. Despite the difficulties, we secured a sale at a very good price.
