William was very easy going during a complex sale that had many challenges. Knowledge of the area was excellent and had an enthusiasm for understanding what he was selling like a true professional. Being a good bloke also helped!

When dealing with William, our experience was fantastic. His knowledge, care, professionalism, attention to detail and more importantly his sensitivity toward our needs and family requirements was right on mark. We've deal with quite a few agents in our past and honestly William has been the only genuine, honest and upfront agent that we have dealt with. These qualities are what count when buying your family home, someone who does care, not just there to score there commission as soon as possible. We highly recommend William.

Rob Verhagen did a great job selling our block of land in Kinglake. He was patient with us as we initially tested the market, before we agreed to lower our price. Ron also worked through complications presented by the Shire's planning approvals and the bushfire requirements. Despite the difficulties, we secured a sale at a very good price. Rob worked through hundred of enquiries and kept us regularly updated on proceedings. I would have no hesitation in using Ron again. Best regards Alex and Marcia Leonard

Dear Will, Firstly a big thankyou ! We came to you with intent to find our family our dream home and you did just that . As buyers you new exactly what we were looking for and you delivered. You were always just a phone call away with any queries we had and We couldn't be happier with our new home . When it then came to selling our property your professionalism and attention to detail was second to none . Our property required private inspections and it was never a problem taking potential buyers through at all hours of the day and evening resulting in a quick and stress free sale reaching our optimum price . We would happily recommend you to anybody looking to sell or purchase as both were a seamless experience for us . Thankyou again Will . - Amy and Luke
