This is not the first time William has assisted us in selling a property. Very professional agent however at the same time it was like dealing with a family friend. William has done an excellent job in selling our home. Set us very realistic expectations and delivered a very good marketing strategy, communicated openly from the very start that our size / type of property would not be a quick sale, limited potential prospective buyers. We feel we were groomed for a buyer prior to going to market that didn’t eventuate. Ridiculous suggestions like buying bigger tv’s and planting out to block a view. A photo shoot that wasn’t beneficial for our property with the weather - twilight shoot with nice weather would have showcased our home better and was the initial request and discussion. We feel Will was spread thinly across the area and probably could do with assistance. The new owners of our property were over the top with request's and information that should have and could have waited until they settled. We feel Will was working more for the buyer, than us as the seller. Being in a country location, there should be a rotation of staff to be available for inspections on a Sunday for the city dweller looking at properties. We walked a buyer through ourselves on a Sunday. Price wasn’t meet for our expectations and we did have a buyer prepared to pay our price, so we know the property had the scope for the price. Will was available to meet the buyer at settlement but not when we left. We knew Will as a local, and like him as a person - maybe that was why it was so lax and so easy for him to request so much on behalf of the new buyer. Some information provided to new buyer was also incorrect. Sorry that this is an honest review

His appraisal was thorough, he asked questions & recorded extensive detail whilst viewing our house & property. This was later reflected in an outstanding description when advertising. I originally purchased the property from Integrity Real Estate back in 2015. It was obvious then that I would use the Agency again when it came time for me to sell. I actually intended to put the house on the market a few months previously but got cold feet. William was very understanding and let me come back to him when I thought the time was right. That time came about again in January 2024. William had a number of discussions with me about the approach for the sale and also what would be a reasonable sale price. I was reliant on William's knowledge of the market in the area. After advertising, there were a number of inspections, almost immediately. I wasn't certain how quickly the house may sell due to its rural location. After an initial inspection by appointment only period William ran a couple of open houses after which the interest really heated up to the point where there were a number of offers put to me at the same time. The house sold in just a few weeks. William was always willing to have a conversation with me if I was feeling a little uncertain, but I needn't have been concerned. I am now in the settlement period. Thank you, William.
