I originally purchased the property from Integrity Real Estate back in 2015. It was obvious then that I would use the Agency again when it came time for me to sell. I actually intended to put the house on the market a few months previously but got cold feet. William was very understanding and let me come back to him when I thought the time was right. That time came about again in January 2024. William had a number of discussions with me about the approach for the sale and also what would be a reasonable sale price. I was reliant on William's knowledge of the market in the area. After advertising, there were a number of inspections, almost immediately. I wasn't certain how quickly the house may sell due to its rural location. After an initial inspection by appointment only period William ran a couple of open houses after which the interest really heated up to the point where there were a number of offers put to me at the same time. The house sold in just a few weeks. William was always willing to have a conversation with me if I was feeling a little uncertain, but I needn't have been concerned.
