About Bill

Managing director Bill Verhagen has lived in the Yarra Valley for over 35 years. First working in the building industry, Bill has been the region's longest contributing local agent, having worked in and around the Valley for more than 20 years. He is described by his colleagues and clients as friendly, enthusiastic and not afraid of hard work. In 2007, after working in senior management positions for other real estate companies, Bill founded Integrity Real Estate, a company built on the dream to establish a family-owned, family-run real estate company in the Yarra Valley and surrounds. It was a dream built on the values of hard work, family virtue, and integrity. Bill is known for his tireless contributions to the local community over 35 years, and now works with his two sons in managing both branches of Integrity Real Estate, servicing the Yarra Valley and Kinglake Ranges alike.

First settled in Castella in the 1970s, the Verhagen family is well entrenched in property in the Yarra Valley. Stress free sale thanks to Nikki…

My 92 year old mum decided to sell her much loved property after living there for 55 years. My dad passed away 3 years ago and mum just didn’t want to leave the farm they had built together. We got a couple of appraisals which were basically the same, costs, commission, etc. The only difference was Nikki. My mum warmed to her straight away, as did I. She was not only professional but she had a warmth and understanding of my mums situation. Nothing was too much trouble and I want to thank Nikki for making this experience as easy as it could be for my mum and the rest of our family.

Patience and tenacity

Bill certainly lives up to the name INTEGRITY. Our property was a difficult one to sell and Bill was with us all the way through the 14 months it took to find the right buyer.
