Unfortunately out initial experience was a stressful one , as there was no communication before move in date or reply to five messages the day before moving day about picking up the keys, after having movers organised etc, and no answer to when we could get the keys to move in . We still have maintenance issues pending like a falling apart front door that hasn’t been addressed and seems like it’s been ignored.

InvestRent helped us make the move from NSW to QLD. Moving interstate is a daunting process but they were patient with us as we worked out how to manage this process in terms of inspections and signing a lease, collecting keys, etc. They responded to and followed up with additional requests we had before we moved in which we were very greatful for. Chris and Hayley were the team members managing most of our application info, and both ladies were professional, informative and responsive. They helped make the move quite a bit less stressful!
