In almost 12 years of renting out my investment property I have never seen an Entry Condition Report report as detailed as what Liam Arnold provided. Prior to the entry report, Liam created a thorough walk-through video during the COVID restrictions and took new photos while the unit was vacant. This lead to applications coming in and the property being leased in a time frame that was better than expected. He is also always on top of any maintenance issues and has a fantastic knowledge of the owner/tenant responsibilities. Best property manager you could ask for!
