When we moved in a few things weren't fixed ie the door under the sink was broken (which was not marked in the inspection report and was marked undamage?),the sliding door lock to the balcony, the carpets needed to be changed on the friday when we had moved in on the Wednesday which meant we couldn't move things into the rooms. The real estate agent didn't know a few things that we asked like where the bike garage was or the entertainment area just things like that, not the end of the world but would make it a smoother arrival for future tenants. On the inspection report a lot of things were marked as no marks or damages but there were lots of marks all of the place which i have stated in the report and put photos of.
