Ivy and Isaac provided an incredibly tailored and boutique level of service. They were always available when we had questions and provided the appropriate guidance along the journey. Ivy and Isaac where are to sell our property in a depressed market and achieve a reasonable outcome in a compressed timeframe. They worked hard on the closing of the sale, and whilst there was a change in price outcomes at the end, they put skin in the game and reduced their rate. Not too professional. Asking to store the buyer’s belongings in our garage for a day before settlement day. This approach is not to be agreed to, as suggested by out lawyer due to security purpose and liability matter. The same approach was also asked to by this agent to other seller that we know. If someone doesn’t mind it then it should be fine to list the house with this agent, but it doesn’t work for us unfortunately.
