Patience made success.
At least in this case, Frank's patience allowed me to buy the property. Even though I told him several times to stop contacting me because my prices were out of my budget, he would contact me again a few days later with a slightly better offer. And he listened to me very well. So, in conclusion, I think he is a good agent.

Great experience
