Quick job re-letting property
Jacobs and Lowe did a great job in re letting our property, following a long term tenant vacating - Just 4 days in total the property was vacant!

Very strict and to the point.
Filling out the application was like being put through a police interrogation. I feel like my entire private life has been exposed. I assume this is as a result of having to deal with so many difficult customers. Thank you

Jacobs and Lowe keep me informed of the status of my property as needed. Their emails are very timely. They inspect the property regularly and provide me with a report. I have no concerns with this agency.

Kim O'Loughan was ( is ) brilliant
Kim couldn't have been more helpful including on a weekend .She followed up all the issues we had as quickly as she could Also the property was in a very bad state when we saw initially but somehow she managed to get it fixed up extremely well before we took the keys
