About three years ago we started thinking about downsizing our home in the near future. Coincidentally, around that same time we had a visit from Richie Yates from James Dean Real Estate at Tingalpa, inquiring if he could offer any advice if we ever decided to sell. He stressed that we were absolutely under no obligation. Richie kindly gave us some good pointers on how we could potentially maximise the value of our house. Over the next three years Richie periodically kept in touch to see how we were going with our plans. In July this year we finally decided to sell up and downsize.
