Richie was great from the word go
Richie was great from the word go . Very professional marketing presentation , Cash offer within 24 hrs of going public , 8 offers after 1 open home . Prepositioned the sale with existing tenants to cater for both investors and owner occupiers options , negotiated with tenants , myself and the buyer to get a result which suited all involved. Great communication and follow up throughout the entire process , all the way through to settlement . Exceeded my expectation and would use Richie services again in a heartbeat .

A GREAT SELLING EXPERIENCE
We chose Ritchie from James Dean Real Estate to sell our family home as he was so very helpful in helping us find our ideal unit. Richie and his wife Amy were so very helpful, professional and easy to deal with in selling our house. He was full of ideas to make the house more presentable and marketable. He received multiple offers on the first open day inspection, and the house sold within the first week. We could certainly recommend Richie if you want a helpful, trustworthy agent to buy or sell a property. You won't be disappointed.

Combining professionalism, courtesy, honesty and friendliness.
Richie was approached online while searching for a comparison real estate agent and he responded quickly. When Richie appraised our property he was enthusiastic and we negotiated a fair commission rate. Our buyers inspected our home at the first open. By the time of the second open Richie and his team had negotiated, on our behalf, to obtain a sale price we were comfortable with, and a contract was signed. For family reasons, we asked for a 90 day contract with the option to settle earlier. During the contract period Richard and Amy were always available should we need to speak to them and kept us up to date on the process. Richie even very kindly mowed our back lawn prior to an open home! Through Richie, I would be happy to speak to a seller seeking further information and would certainly recommend Richie and his team.

Informative, Clear Communicator and Fair
As buyers new to Queensland with only NSW experience, we found Richie built rapport and was very patient and informative of the QLD process in a multiple offer stuation. Super fast and professional outcome
Richie has stayed in contact with me over the years, giving me updates about the market and touching base. When I decided to sell I knew that his diligence and followup would be needed to sell my property. I had a tenant in the place who needed careful management, Richie worked quickly and professionally to get her on-site. He was able to get the property ready for market in a matter of a few days and they sold the property on the first weekend on market. His co agent Amy was excellent as well, she worked with me during the negotiations and was able to get the offer up a significant amount. I highly recommend Richie and Amy, I couldn’t have asked for a quicker or better result. They are very safe hands.

I can't say enough great things about Richie. His market knowledge is second to none, and he produced an excellent result for us.
