Just helped my 90 y.o. mother sell her home and we were lucky to work with Rachele. From our first meeting Rachele showed attention to detail and professionalism but most importantly she was warm, caring and patient with the way she interacted with my Mum (her actual client, not me - though she treated me very well too!). Found a buyer at the price we wanted within a week and then did a great job of managing that person who was very difficult and tricky in their approach. What could have been very stressful month for my Mum was smoothed out by Rachele. She also went way above and beyond in regularly printing out forms, visiting to have them signed and then scanning and sending back to me and other parties (I live in another state). Never any complaint, always helpful and always with her "paying" client's best interests. My Mum feels like she has a new friend. Thanks Rachele.

Prior to the listing of the house for sale, I arranged for other local agents to visit the home for an appraisal and also provide the opportunity for me to chat to them about the marketing strategy and to gauge the individual agent. A number of options were discussed across the 3 agents, but I found Rachele's solution the most realistic and significantly, it also included the advertising in the commission rate - not an additional charge.
