Everything you could ask for and more
The staff at Janelle and Pippa Real estate went above and beyond for me in every way. As a renter who arrived in town shortly before Christmas looking to rent a property, they went out of their way to respond to my enquiry, show me the property and get me into that property quickly, efficiently, politely and patiently. The staff were understanding and did everything to make me comfortable and to help me through a stressful transition with a smile, even when doing so meant them having to stay late to make sure everything was sorted. All of my requests since moving in have also been attended promptly and politely. I really could not ask for more, one of the best real estate agents I've ever dealt with.
