Excellent personal service from Janelle
Janelle had her finger on the pulse with regards to the local market and supported us in making the right decision and suited our needs. She found the right buyer and we had the property sold before we got to market! Janelle is a professional and excellent Real Estate Agent
Janelle has great market knowledge, always arrived in plenty of time to any scheduled inspection, and was very patient with any questions we might have. All these are pretty much expected in a real estate agent, but what sets Janelle apart is her integrity, honesty, reliability and commitment to provide the best possible service she can. The more we have interacted with Janelle in her role as a real estate representative, the more impressed we are with her as a role model for the real estate industry. Sold above asking price
When we approached Janelle to list our rental property for sale, the price she quoted we thought she was dreaming. Then within a week she had sold it $21,000 above that asking price! She kept us in the loop at all times and it was an extremely easy process. No mucking around, it's how every property should be sold. Thank you for managing the property for the past 4 years and then selling it for us.
