Janelle was very easy to approach at the inspection and gave us enough room to discuss to our selves but always acknowledged us when we were near by. Excellent negotiation on price and was very thorougher with explaining the rules of making an offer and what the next steps would be. The final delivery of the offer being accepted was very smooth and stress free. We can't wait to move into our new home.
