We bought our soon to be new home through George and I find his communication to be very clear, concise and transparent. Whilst I know he was working in the best interests of the vendor in terms of securing a high price I felt that his approach was very honest. The home we bought backs onto a trainline and rather than trying to downplay it he offered us the opportunity to pick any time we liked, including peak hour, to come in and sample the noise for ourselves. I particularly liked this as we were fully informed before buying. I also really appreciated that he proceeded at a speed that was comfortable for us and also offered us invaluable advice when selling our home. I would highly recommend George. He is an honest agent who is not pushy at all and very likeable.
