Results with integrity - An effective salesman who uses respect and courtesy in every interaction
The sale of our house is a record (by far) for our suburb. But even if the result wasn't this out-of-the-ball-park amazing, my husband and I would both still rate George 5 stars in every category. We weren't looking for a best friend or even someone who would get the best price at any cost (note, he still got the best price anyway!) George built rapport with us because he was smart, reasonable and respectful. He had the hard conversations with us, he didn't over-promise us, he helped us manage our risk by getting colleagues to input and weigh in on our conversations, and he went out of his way to take us through comparable houses in the area so that we could make our own assessment on what we should expect from our house sale. He treated our house with respect and gave us plenty of warning if he wanted access. Based on our every day dealings with George, we were confident that the possible buyers of our house were having pleasant interactions with him as well. We bought our first house 9 years ago (George was the agent who listed the property then), and have recently sold this house with George and bought our next house with him also. We're more than happy with the outcome of everything.
