Had the pleasure of dealing with Taylor for the sale of my studio apartment investment property in the city. With how saturated the market is especially for student apartments near the CBD, I tried not to have my expectations too high. Taylor and his colleague Shandra really came through with a great price in the end and within a very short amount of time. I was constantly kept in the loop with detailed and frequent correspondence and there was hardly any involvement on my part at all.
